Missing 12-year-old found safe near Wentzville; second suspect wanted

The victim said she originally met Dela Cruz through the computer game Onigiri - a multi-player fantasy online role-playing game.

The suspect's brother, Jason Dela-Cruz who was driving the vehicle, is still on the loose.

Blue Springs Deputy Police Chief Bob Muenz told reports that they believe Apple Briscoe is with 22-year-old William Dela Cruz and his 24-year-old brother Jason. The attendant called police but the two left before police arrived.

Investigators believe they may be traveling to an unknown destination in Maryland.
