The Sixers have stockpiled young talent in recent year, but have failed to break free from the bottom few spots in the Eastern Conference standings.

A source told ESPN's Marc J. Spears that the Philadelphia 76ers rookie likely will not play again in the summer league after he rolled his ankle Saturday night against the Golden State Warriors.

Fultz's injury is a lateral ankle sprain, which will knock him out of the rest of Summer League action.

'We'll be as cautious as we can, making sure he's healthy, ' Pierce said. "At only 19 years of age, the sky is the limit for Markelle and we could not be happier to have him join our Sixers family", Sixers President of Basketball Operations Bryan Colangelo said.

How the Kardashians are trying to take the heat off Rob
At one point during the feud, Rob said "she had a baby out of spite" to get back at Tyga , the father of her eldest child. A friend close to Chyna told the magazine that she made numerous attempts to prevent Kardashian from contacting her.

Markelle Fultz was injured during the third quarter where he elevated to block a shot and landed on an opposing player's foot. A high ankle sprain usually takes between four and six weeks to heal, which wouldn't effect his availability to play, full strength, when the regular season begins this fall.

In seasons before last, Embiid's absense paired with a season-long Nerlens Noel injury and a horribly failed experiment with Andrew Bynum appears to have the Sixers in a never-ending repeating injury-dogged hell.

The news comes as a huge relief for the Sixers and their fans.

"I'm a little relieved (looking at the replay of the injury)".
