Boxers Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Gennady "GGG" Golovkin have touched down in Las Vegas ahead of their super fight for the world middleweight crown this weekend.

Golovkin, the unbeaten knockout puncher from Kazakhstan, will defend his middleweight titles against Alvarez, Mexico's biggest boxing star. The fight will be held from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and air live on PPV.

In terms of the size of the challenge and the performance, many will look back at this fight as one of the defining night in the career of GGG.

The Trump Family Welcomes a New Member on (Of Course) Twitter
I bet you haven't heard about all the accomplishments the president had this week because there's so much fake news out there. Eric Trump, who is a son of Donald Trump, Tweeted a photo of the newborn Eric "Luke" Trump soon after his birth.

It is a huge occasion and people are expecting to see the "Fight of the Year" but they are both consummate professionals and pound-for-pound superstars, so they are far too experienced for the size and expectation of this contest to bother them in any way. "Initially we saw some sharp support for Alvarez and dipped to as low as -140/+120", Sherman told me. I just feel Canelo can win this fight if he sticks to a gameplan and boxes the right fight - it's just how Canelo copes with how Golovkin cuts the ring down as well as his big punching power.

Then, there's the fight against Brook before that, which a lot of critics are also using against "Triple G". Using lateral movement, GGG stalks his opponents to the ropes or corners, where many of his knockouts take place.

I don't believe that Canelo can trade with Golovkin and come out on top or untouched. Abel Sanchez, GGG's trainer, makes no secret that his front footed fight blueprint will not change for the superfight. During the mid to late rounds we could expect some wars on the ropes, as GGG is most effective when his opponents are trapped against the ring and Canelo most risky when he's there.

In the months since that long-awaited announcement was made, both fighters have undoubtedly left no stone unturned and have given their all in their respective training camps for this fight, with motivation surely at an all-time high now that the glory fight, which has been mooted for years, is finally coming to fruition.
