Kimmel presented four theories as to why Cruz's Twitter handle would have "liked" the clip.

Senator Ted Cruz said he had spoken to the staffer that liked a pornographic tweet from his official Twitter.

"Or number four, Ted lost the presidential election, he's been bullied by Trump, he didn't get a cabinet position, he's exhausted of being the uptight religious guy from Texas.he just said, 'Screw it". Cruz also said he wasn't gonna out the "fella" who did it, 'cause it was accidental and wouldn't happen again. "I don't think Ted Cruz looks at porn", Kimmel said.
