Left-arm seamer Jason Behrendorff took a career-best four wickets as Australia demolished India by eight wickets in the second Twenty20 global in Guwahati.

In the first worldwide match held at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Australia captain David Warner put India into bat and then saw his side begin quickly as they attempted to remain in the series.

Earlier, rookie Australia pacer Jason Behrendorff ran through India's star-studded top-order before the hosts were bundled out for 118 in the second T20 International Guwahati today. With this win Australia levelled the series 1-1 and the last match in Hyderabad will decide who takes the series.

After claiming the ODI series 4-1, India opened their account in the T-20 series with a win in the rain affected clash at the JSCA Stadium in Ranchi.

The Men in Blue have won four out of the five ODIs played between them and the Kangaroos on the latter's tour to India. And Dorff bowling there, taking four for in his first real spell.

Guwahati: While Guwahati is buzzing with Federation Internationale de Football Association U-17 World Cup fever, the presence of Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni and the other Indian and Australian cricketers has generated a frenzy amongst locals ahead of the second India versus Australia Twenty20 here on Tuesday.

Star-studded Argentina staring into the abyss ahead of crunch Ecuador showdown
Argentina have only won once in Quito since 2001, but surely it is a matter of time before their galaxy of stars click. They suffered a 6-1 loss there in the 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign and were beaten 2-0 there earlier this year.

Only Kedar Jadhav and Hardik Pandya managed to reach the 20s while MS Dhoni fell prey to his own game plan.

"To get the ball up there, swing the ball, hit guys on the pads and nick blokes off, those are the things we talk about in our meetings", Behrendorff said.

Behrendorff landed the ball on length as Kohli looked to flick it on the leg for a run.

At the same time, after being out of the series of regular Australian captain Steve Smith, and not Glenn Maxwell's form, the full load of the team's batting has come to the caretaker captain David Warner and Aaron Finch, who started the innings with them.

Henriques was the more destructive of the two, as the right-hander brought up his second T20I half century by clobbering Kuldeep for two successive maximums ending India's hopes.
