Experts at the market research firm YouGov, who tracked 14,000 individuals and experts from Heads Together's eight charity partners, note that Harry's admission that he too struggled with his own mental health after the 1997 death of his mother, the late Princess Diana, has encouraged other men to seek help and start a conversation.

"I feel like it's exam results day", he laughed.

"We are incredibly proud of the millions of conversations that our Heads Together campaign initiated on mental health".

There were 59,000 pieces of media coverage, with 50 million viewsof the "OK to Say" videos and 19 million views of Lady Gaga's conversation with William.

He added the depth of the figures was "amazing" and there was a "lot to process". "It is just as much about mental fitness too", Harry continued.

"She had seen that at the core of adult issues like addiction and family breakdown, unresolved childhood mental health issues were often part of the problem".

"At the beginning, we were trying to understand why at home people weren't sharing some of their problems".

Brendan Steele wins 2nd straight Safeway Open
Brendan Steele shot a three-under round of 69 to clinch the Safeway Open trophy for the second year in a row. Finau still has just one PGA Tour victory in his career, with that coming in last year's Puerto Rico Open.

Prince Harry wants to prevent the armed forces from suffering from mental health-related issues.

The partnership is the latest in a series of royal efforts to promote greater understanding and openness around mental health through the work of the Foundation's Heads Together campaign, launched in May previous year.

He said: "I remember my time in the armed forces, I did a little bit of bayonet training then we were told to think about the consequences of stabbing a sandbag, and that was as close as we got until the next step and we're on the battlefield". "If you can't have a conversation with your loved ones, there's no way you're going to go to HR at work", he said. William, 35, said he hopes to create a "metaphorical barrier" which will allow those who are lacking in proper mental health treatment "to bring them into the fold and give them the help they need". In addition to his work with Heads Together, Harry has dedicated himself to working with veterans, most notably through his Invictus Games. "Every time, he's off before the gun".

Father-of-two William also asked experts if they thought there had been enough impact in schools.

"You'd struggle to find a parent out there who wouldn't want the well-being of their child to be taken care of at school", Prince William said Friday at Imperial College in London.

Although the initiative is unlikely to see the end of sergeant majors balling at recruits, ministers and staff hailed what they said was a cultural change in the MoD. So far, we've been showing people why they should have a conversation.
