Friday the 13th just got a whole lot spookier, because the final Season 2 trailer forStranger Things has dropped - and it's sending shivers up our spine.

"It's 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the Demogorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab".

The new trailer isn't filled with the sweetness (at least to start) of the last, which launched at Comic Con earlier this year. We've been promised a darker, scarier season two, and the trailer drives that home.

Stranger Things will begin streaming on October 27th.

Kim Jong Un visits school, stays away from provocations
It remains unclear whether North Korea will lash out with a weapons test during the exercise, as it often has in the past. Anyone anxious that the United States-North Korea impasse is heading to a nuclear showdown should relax.

If you're not a Stranger Things fan, it might be time to find yourself an underground bunker somewhere, because pretty soon it's all anyone is going to be talking about.

But not until the latest trailer from Netflix have we been able to see all of that in one place. Between the very big entity that is deploying in the heavens, between Lovecraft and delirium Spielberguien, the airs of a young Ripley of Eleven, the sequences in night illuminated with taste and quantity of passages have been spectacular, we do not know just where to head.

More peculiar Things season 2 debuts on Netflix Oct. 27. Sean Astin (who's new to the show in season two) is dating Joyce Byers and hanging out with the police chief for some reason!
