Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato have been friends since they were basically toddlers and they're still so supportive of one another! And in August, she released her second fashion line with Fabletics and Kate Hudson. "Link is in my bio", she captioned it. Watch the full documentary now on @YouTube!

She went on: "I was very upset, now it was out I was on Adderall". However, after the couple broke up in June 2016, the singer revealed that she "immediately" relapsed. In the film, Lovato explained that she went three years without purging (self-induced vomiting) while dating actor Wilmer Valderrama. "I wanted to be the role model that I needed growing up".

"I think [my eating disorder is] something that I'll probably have to deal with for the rest of my life", Lovato told Glamour while promoting the documentary. What started the relapse was missing Wilmer. After Wilmer leaves, Demi gets candid with the camera, saying, "I think my heart is always with Wilmer".

"I would bake cookies for my family and I would eat all of them and nobody would have any to eat". The documentary also features accounts from close members of her inner circle, including Nick and Joe Jonas, giving details about how her life was nearly destroyed. "I've known her since we were 7 - and we did fall apart for a while", Gomez told Seventeen in January 2014 of her and Lovato's relationship.

And though Lovato admits she'snow in a better place, after finding solace at the gym and becoming stronger, she acknowledges that her recovery from an eating disorder may be a lifelong process. "She had already boarded the plane, I just went up to her and it was like a blur". "[But] the struggle is still very much there. What's most important to me is that I just keep fighting, and I keep aiming for a goal of complete freedom".

Lovato adds, "I don't know how to figure out how to be alone". And the stunning visual will hopefully inspire other eating disorder survivors to stay on their own recovery paths.
