"Boardwalk Empire" actress Paz de la Huerta accused Weinstein of raping her twice at her NY apartment in late 2010.

"A senior sex crimes prosecutor is assigned to this investigation, and the Office has been working with our partners in the NYPD since the new allegations came to light".

The two had met at a party in October, 2010, and they shared a ride home to the same neighborhood, she told CBS News. Weinstein insisted they have drinks, she said, and they would up in her apartment. She told the publication that Weinstein then started to kiss her, and after she tried to brush him away, he pushed her onto the bed, with his trousers down, and lifted up her skirt.

After that, de la Huerta says Weinstein continued to call her and eventually showed up in the lobby of her building in December.

"The first time I was in complete shock and it happened so quickly".

"He pulled my dress up and unzipped his trousers and raped me", de la Huerta said.

The judge said Weinstein could be deposed, even though his attorney said a deposition would be "tricky" and "fraught with problems", given ongoing criminal investigations into multiple allegations of rape and sexual assault against him.

It has also been claimed that the latest talk of Everton making an imminent move for Dyche has not emanated from Merseyside.

He followed her up to her apartment where he raped her a second time, according to BBC News.

More than 60 women have accused Weinstein of sexual assault or hartassment in recent weeks.

"We have an actual case here", he added. According to Vanity Fair magazine, she gave her account to the publication over the phone.

It is at least the third Weinstein case that police in NY have examined.

The update comes shortly after Beverly Hills authorities became the fourth police department to launch a probe into claims made against the movie mogul. "The investigation is on-going", the NYPD said in a statement Thursday night.

Weinstein has "unequivocally denied" allegations of non-consensual sex.
