Samsung Experience 9.0 Beta Now Available

Developments made from the insight garnered through the beta version will then be used by Samsung to enhance the Oreo experience for users across the world.

Since Android 8.0 Oreo is now available on the Galaxy S8 and S8+, the Galaxy Note 8 users may get the news soon. Well, the beta version at least, which Samsung is now rolling out to select devices in the form of Samsung Experience 9.0. E-FOTA enables IT admins to comprehensively manage a fleet of devices through centralized OS and software version control and scheduled updates. It could also feature improved sound quality and overall performance. To get the Android 8.0 Oreo beta update, you will need to set up a Samsung Account and access the "Galaxy Beta Program" via Samsung Members or Samsung+ apps from the Galaxy App Store.

Changes specific to Samsung are also included, such as a native GIF keyboard, a better cloud storage system, and a new game mode featured in DeX, the phone's "desktop" mode.

The issue has been reported by Galaxy Note 8 owners in the US, UK, and Spain with baseband versions N950USQU1AQI5 and N950FXXU1AQHB. In the United Kingdom, users just need to have the unlocked version of the phone.

Samsung told PCMag that updates will be pushed out to devices soon. The beta testing will run until November 29.

But, sadly, the Indian Galaxy S8, S8+ users are not among those select customers.
