Indian troops martyr three youth in Pulwama

One army solider was killed and a civilian was injured in ongoing encounter in Aglar Kandi village of Pulwama district in South Kashmir.

Confirming the death of the Army jawan, SSP Pulwama Mohammad Aslam told a local news agency GNS that he was injured during the encounter and was rushed to the Army's 92-Base Hospital in Srinagar where he succumbed. Three suspected JeM terrorists were also killed in the encounter, and two AK-47 rifles and a pistol recovered, said defence spokesperson Colonel Rajesh Kalia.

On 2 November, two Army soldiers were killed and a CRPF jawan suffered injuries in an encounter with militants at Samboora in Pampore area of Pulwama.
