After Charlie Ward finished off his opponent, John Redmond, with a left hook at 3Arena during Friday night's "Bellator 187" in Dublin, McGregor scaled the cage fence to join in on the celebration with one of his training partners.

Footage has emerged of Conor McGregor showing a range of emotions and celebrating his teammates win outside the 3Arena after Bellator 187 last night.

Though McGregor's actions are inexcusable, it's not a complete mystery why the UFC lightweight champion might have an issue with Goddard.

McGregor took exception with Goddard telling him to leave and touching his chest, then shouted back at Goddard and eventually shoved the referee.

This caught Goddard and the rest of the referees by surprised, who immediately ran over to the UFC champion to try and get him out of the cage. Goddard stopped the flight and ordered McGregor back to his seat for acting outside the cornerman's restricted area.

Veterans honored at downtown Denver parade
For those who can't attend, the Courier will be showing live video of the parade from the newspaper office on Main Street. Duxbury will also be holding a ceremony at the Veterans Park at the Harbor that will include a toast to Veterans.

McGregor aggressively went after referee Marc Goddard who had been in charge of the contest between Ward and Redmond.

"The MTDAR has been in consultation with the upper management of the UFC regarding Mr. McGregor's inappropriate and unacceptable behavior", the statement continued.

Bellator have since released a statement, which reads: "We're aware of the in-cage altercation involving Conor McGregor and a Bellator staff member". Obviously, being who he is and being there with his SBG Ireland team, he is more than just another spectator in the audience.

It's unclear if he will face any repercussions for his actions.
