Comedian Hannibal Buress Arrested in Miami for 'Disorderly Intoxication'

According to police records obtained by The Miami Herald, Buress was booked into a Miami-Dade jail at 1:57 a.m. and posted bail around 6 a.m. "I'm not getting in your auto". Eventually, an officer forces Buress into the vehicle.

After about several minutes of back-and-forth, Buress eventually had to be forced into the vehicle by one of the officers. The entertainment website, TMZ, posted the video on their website. Miami is playing host to celebrities from all over the globe for Art Basel-related parties. The officer said Buress then went into a bar, and the officer asked him to leave, saying he was too drunk. "For what?" Buress yells.

He continues to yell at the officers and asks why they're "detaining him", and finally, the policeman says for "trespassing". "Especially during #ArtBasel", Corben tweeted Sunday morning.

Hannibal Buress seemed like he was trying to do the right thing before getting busted for disorderly intoxication.

Buress has not commented about the arrest.
