Nintendo Switch is the fastest selling console in the USA

On 1/4/18 Nintendo said in a blog post, "Nintendo Switch has become the fastest-selling home video game system in us history".

The group did not share any details about their method, but they claimed that it is "future-proof" and that it will run on all current and future firmware versions and that Nintendo has no way to block it.

Considering the disaster that was Wii U, it's pretty astounding to see Nintendo make the comeback that it has.

Nintendo Switch is off to a blazing start. Recently we heard that the Nintendo Switch has been selling faster than Sony's PS 2 in Japan.

The Switch has sold 4.8 million units in the United States in its first 10 months on the market, beating the previous all-time best seller - Nintendo's Wii - which sold 4 million USA units in the first 10 months following its release. Another big seller, with more than 55% of Switch owners laying down cash for, is "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild". Super Mari Odyssey got a 10/10 on IGN and GameSpot and a 9.5/10 from Polygon.
