"Yes", Hazard told Mirror Football when asked if he would ink a new contract with the London outfit.

Zinedine Zidane is a huge admirer of the Belgian forward and is keen to bring him to the Bernabeu.

The 27-year-old suggested his compatriot Thibaut Courtois, whose current deal runs out next summer, is also on the verge of extending his stay at Stamford Bridge.

In the interview Hazard confirms that he will sign a new deal at Chelsea and commit his future to the club.

The Belgian joined Chelsea from Lille back in 2012 and has helped the club to two Premier League title successes in 2014/15 and last season, but his rise to prominence has caught the attention of clubs such as Real, who have made their interest in Hazard clear.

According to the newspaper, both actors had reshoots in their contacts and were in Europe filming for the same number of days. Judd Apatow added in a tweet of his own, "This is so messed up that it is nearly hard to believe".

The 27-year-old Belgian was at the O2 Arena on Thursday night for an National Basketball Association game between the Boston Celtics and the Philadelphia 76ers, which was when he put a lot of Chelsea supporters at ease when he confirmed that he will sign a new deal once Courtois puts pen-to-paper on a new contract.

Courtois, whose deal expires in 2019, added: "Do Eden and I encourage each other to sign? Yes".

"That's not what I think". "It is not always easy, but I'd also seen this coming", Courtois said of his a personal situation while speaking on Belgian television show Stadion on VTM.

"First, he must sign, then I will be able to continue". It is thought that to lure Hazard away from Chelsea it would take a large sum of money and a huge weekly wage - something I'm sure Real Madrid will not shy away from.
