Microsoft's recent announcement that it was introducing changes to its Xbox Game Pass subscription service may have been welcomed by users, but retailers aren't too pleased.

Nobody makes much, if any, profit selling consoles alone, so if a shop can't then sell games as well their business is going to be ruined. The Adventure Continues and the action-racing game Split/Second are both now available to play on your Xbox One.

After the relatively disappointing selection with last month's "Games with Gold" offerings, Microsoft has at least provided good games for February 2018. As always, once you download a Games With Gold title, you'll have permanent access to it, so long as you still have an active Xbox Live Gold membership.

February 16 sees the offer change for the pretty solid Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India.

Four new animojis - a lion, bear, dragon and skull - will be introduced for iPhone X users, bringing the total of animojis to 16. Apple also announced Health Records , which allows users to bring all their medical records together within one app.

"Shadow Warrior" is a first-person shooter game that originally came out in 1997. Some of the downloadable contents will be made available on the first day and the others on the 16th of the month.

The Xbox 360 offerings aren't that much better, but they're not bad either. Watch Major Nelson's February Games with Gold video below...

"Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India" came out in 2016. It's a smaller spin-off title from the main series that focuses on platforming in a 2.5D environment. The 2010 remake of Crazy Taxi, a Sega Dreamcast classic, will be free from February 16-28. Spencer also teased gamers about the possibility of a similar Game Pass subscription for PC and Xbox game streaming. Starting now and continuing until 11:59 PM on Sunday, January 28, you can explore the ruins of a post-apocalyptic Boston.
