"It's scary. It's intimidating, especially when you're that young", she said. Kelly (gently) pressed Eggert to answer to Baio's defenses - made via an angry, 16-minute Facebook Live video - that Eggert has, in the past, repeatedly and publicly characterized her relationship with Baio at the time as both consensual and more innocent than rumors had alluded to. Baio is more than 11 years older than Eggert.

"I was very young and it was shocking, a little", she told Megyn Kelly Today's studio audience [watch part 2 below]. "But the issue with him, is that he was our boss", Nicole said.

"I was still 14, before my 15th birthday, and we were at his house in his vehicle in his garage, and he reached over and he penetrated me with his finger", Eggert said to Kelly.

In her interview, Eggert says that when she turned 17, Baio lured into having sex at her house when her parents weren't home. Eggert doesn't remember the number of times it happened, but it was frequent enough to be "probably once a week".

Eggert also claimed that there was "groping, a lot of fondling, a lot of pulling me on his lap, trying to sneak kisses on the back" on set, that others witnessed.

It was after that interview that Eggert asked herself why she kept lying about what had happened between her and Baio. That interview was one of the examples brought up by Baio when he denied her accusations. "I wasn't ready to tell my story, for me it was always protecting the show and protecting that whole legacy", she reasons.

Eggert, who also co-starred on "Baywatch", first went public with allegations against Baio over the weekend.

FBI Deputy Director McCabe reportedly steps down early
Sanders said Monday that the president stands by previous comments regarding McCabe and that the White House has "some concerns" over his work at the bureau.

Baio claims that they did have sex but it only happened when she was eighteen.

During her interview with Kelly, Eggert claims that Baio expressed interest in her immediately when she began filming Charles in Charge in September 1986.

Baio and Eggert starred together on the 1980's sitcom, Charles in Charge. He told Megyn Kelly Today that he still stands behind his tweets, however he did not experience sexual abuse and his abuse did not come from Baio.

Eggert said she didn't tell anyone but close friends - and cast members years later.

She said that even though she was dating someone, she had sex with Baio because she was embarrassed about being a virgin and needed someone to "pop the cherry and make me a veteran".

Another actor, Adam Carl, had been on an episode of Charles in Charge in 1988, and had tweeted his support to Eggert, saying, "When I worked on Charles In Charge in '88, I sat with you while you cried about that abusive A--".

Eggert and her lawyer Lisa Bloom are pursuing all legal options, including the possibility of going to the police.
