The Lava Red OnePlus 5T comes with the same internal specs as the standard Black version, meaning an 18:9 aspect ratio 6-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 835 processor and dual-cameras. Even the fingerprint scanner is covered with red color to make the phone look more appealing. Now we've got what OnePlus calls their "Lava Red" color for their most recent release: the OnePlus 5T.

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and to help you celebrate it properly, OnePlus has announced the Lava Red OnePlus 5T, which made a debut in China and India late previous year, is making its way to the West.

However, the front of the phone is black in color and is covered with Gorilla Glass for protection against scratches.

The IOC sanctions were triggered by investigations that found widespread cheating among Russian athletes, coaches and officials. The speaker has welcomed CAS' decision.

This particular variant of the OnePlus 5T will be available to order starting on February 6th.

OnePlus' attention to detail is reflected clearly in the OnePlus 5T Lava Red's matching red ceramic fingerprint sensor. Twice anodized, and double sandblasted, the Lava Red color feels like a natural part of the metal and highlights rather than obscures the OnePlus 5T's design ID. As such, this device costs the same as the more expensive Midnight Black version of the phone at approximately $560 Dollars. The difference is the color combo on the outside - on the sides and the back. The Lava Red version will only be available in an 8GB/128GB model.

That said, the OnePlus 5T Lava Red is a limited edition and will be available in limited quantities, hence, if you are planning to buy one, you might have to hurry up. It costs $559, which is the same price as for the 128GB OnePlus 5T with 8GB of RAM in Midnight Black. The red color goes around the phone's edges and across its back and their buttons are also red as well.
