Ice storm warning, weather advisories in Southern Plains

Sunday's storm here brought from 2 inches in the Susquehanna River Valley to 5 or more inches in the higher elevations north and west of Lock Haven.

Once we approach sunrise, most of the precipitation should begin to ease off the radar with spotty freezing drizzle and/or flurries possible through midday.

Drivers should plan on hard travel conditions.
