Multiple reports say Stefanski is in line to rejoin Shurmur and become the Giants' offensive coordinator.

The 39-year-old DeFilippo previously indicated that he was leaning toward staying with the Super Bowl champion Eagles, but he apparently changed his mind in the aftermath.

The Minnesota Vikings have reportedly found their new offensive coordinator.

Eagles head coach Doug Pederson, who calls his own plays, said Wednesday he wants to "keep everybody" but understands the nature of the business having been a player a longtime assistant coach in the NFL.

Breaking down the most important parts of the Venom trailer
All in all, it's an intriguing teaser, but if I had no idea who Venom was, I wouldn't be sure what they were trying to sell me. So while the majority of us won't ever be able to get close to the real Hardy, at least we all can now cuddle a hunk of wax.

"Coach Flip does a great job ..."

"We are very excited to add John to our staff", Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said in a statement.

He will be tagged with the same duty for the Vikings as they decide between Bradford, Bridgewater and Keenum or potentially even a outside quarterback option.

DeFilippo deserves plenty of credit for the development of second-year quarterback Carson Wentz.

DeFilippo will inherit an offense that ranked 10 in points per game (23.9) and 11 in yards per game (356.9) in 2017 as the Vikings went 13-3 and won the NFC North. Before 2015, Barnidge had recorded only 44 catches for 603 yards and three touchdowns in 91 career games. Wentz threw 16 touchdowns to 14 interceptions as a rookie. The Vikings' new leader of their offense has worked with a number of young quarterbacks in his National Football League coaching career including Wentz, Derek Carr, JaMarcus Russell, Mark Sanchez, and Johnny Manziel. In a Q&A post, Chicago Tribune reporter Brad Biggs noted that when Groh left the Bears to join the Rams' staff a few years ago, he did so partly because he had hoped to become the Bears' quarterbacks coach, but was passed over for the job.
