Bride, allegedly impaired, crashes on way to wedding

Chriswell Scott of the Marana Police Department in Arizona tweeted a photo of the bride, Amber Young, 32, of Tucson, wearing a long, white wedding dress as an officer escorted her into a waiting vehicle.

Dressed in full flowing white gown, Amber Young was taken into police custody and charged with driving under the influence after a three-car crash in Marana, Arizona.

The Marana Police Department tweeted a photo showing the bride-to-be being detained at the scene.

A Marana bride was arrested while driving to her wedding allegedly while impaired Monday morning. She signed a criminal citation with a promise to appear in court at a later date and was released to her fiancee.

She's interrupted by a group of women, and when she turns back to the mirror, she realizes she can't see her reflection anymore. Before some days of the iHeartRadio Awards, she was seen in Malibu with her boyfriend Joe Alwyn .

Arizona has some of the strictest DUI laws in the country, CBS affiliate KPHO reports.

It is not known if Young made it to her wedding on time.

One person was injured and taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to Sgt. Chriswell Scott with the Marana Police.

One person suffered minor injures in the crash, according to Scott. In fact, the state's law allows for legal consequences even if someone is impaired to a slight degree.
